Our home course, pictured left, is located in Mill Pond Park, Saline, Michigan. The course is mostly flat with two different 45-degree hills that run for about 50 yards.

The course starts out with a flat first mile along the bank of Mill Pond and then runs along the woods. The second-mile runs up "Toboggan Hill," then over a one-lane bridge and around a small island. This is a great place to SURGE due to the limited visibility, but you have to deal with the sharp turns and poor footing due to roots and wood chips. The last mile runs by the pond, along a 600-meter tree line and up "Killer Hill." When you crest the hill, you have about 800 meters to go along the woods to the FINISH!

Our course is slower than most because of the two hills and the sharp turns on the island. It tends to be 30-45 seconds slower than the average 5K course.
