Historical Notes: This meet is a new one for us in 2011. The course is used for a Regional Championship, so many teams will use it to prepare for that race. Because of that, it is a "low-key" event.

The Course...
The course is flat with two treks up a short but steep hill. There is a 1.5 mile loop that is run twice. There are several sharp turns and 3-4 drainage ditches that go through the course and must be run through (they are dry unless it rains). The kick is downhill into the finish and the finish comes quickly so start early.

Meet Notes:.
- Dexter and Milford are scheduled to attend, although both will probably run a limited line-up.
- Expect a smaller crowd and less "fanfare" for this low-key event.
- Even though it is a smaller event, it is one of the last for most of our runners. Make sure you are prepared to do your best!
