Meet Notes:
-The course is the same one that will host the Regional Championships. This meet is a good chance for our younger runners to preview that course..
-The course is very wide open and mostly flat. If conditions are good, this could be a great opportunity to run a PR.
-Because our top seven runners will be at Bath, our #8-14 will be in the varsity race here. That also means our #15+ runners will all be moving up the depth-chart in the reserve race.
