The Course...
This course is mostly flat, with two trips up an artificial hill, once just before the finish. Just after teh mile mark, the runners race along the shore of Lake Erie. There are many lonely places on this course...

Meet Notes:
-Only three teams advance from the Regional on to the State Finals. Saline and Bedford are likely to take the top two spots, while Edsel Ford, Monroe, Woodhaven, and Roosevelt will be in a four way battle for that last team qualifier.
-The top 15 finishers in the race earn All-Region honors. Our entire top seven runners have the potential to take one of those spots! It would be a great day and a bold statement if we could have all of our varsity runners on the awards stand.
-We are entering all runners under 18:00 in the reserve race. That will give them one more chance to run up their record. We expect a dominating performance in that race. Athletes running in the reserve race will have to have parents transport them to this meet.
