Historical
Notes: This
is our third visit to the Hansons Invite. We ran in 2002
and then took a hiatus until 2005. It is a pretty big invite
with a lot of schools from
the north eastern suburbs (schools like Troy, Warren, Sterling Heights,
and Utica Eisenhower.) The race is sponsored by
Hanson's running club and is very well run.

| The
Course... |
| The
course is not known as a fast course. It is a rolling course that
traverses a short but challenging hill twice. The best times on this
course are in the high 16's... |

Meet Notes:
-Know your goal
beforehand, run to achieve it. Remember, we are only as strong as our
PACK!
-This is a chance for us to make our name known to a lot of teams our
on the east of the state that we may not see before the state meet.
Let's make a good impression of Saline!
-We are midway through the season. You should be hitting all-time PR's
at this race and setting goals for the end of the season...
