Meet Notes:
- In 2008, we took 8 of the top 10 places in the Reserve Race. That was a GREAT show of program depth! In 2009 there will not be a separate reserve race, but we should be able to measure our depth through final results.
- Although there will be small and large schools in attendance, all schools will run in one big race. This is an unusual format, but because it is a smaller race, it will work.
- This race kicks-off the 2009 campaign, and I hope you start it off right! Take care of the little things (sleep, diet, etc...) and set yourself up for success.
- When you come to the critical moment, what choice will you make?
